Beth Greenland, PCC, is Principal of Greenland & Associates, a leadership coaching and organizational development consulting practice based in Towson, Maryland. Ms. Greenland has worked for over 23 years providing executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership training, and consensus facilitation to for profit, non profit, and government agencies across the country. She is affiliated with the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations. She has a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, as well as post graduate training in counseling, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Bebe Cooper is a Leadership Coach and Consultant who works with executives and emerging leaders. Bebe enjoys combining her family business experience with her psychotherapy background to help leaders and their teams work better together.She works one on one with executives and emerging leaders in organizational settings to increase leadership skills and capacities. She works with teams to facilitate high performance and increase satisfaction. Bebe consults with organizations on strategic vision and breakdowns of implementation. Her specialties include a systems perspective, relational dynamics and she is skilled in highlighting barriers to change while building on strenghts. Bebe holds a BA in Business from Trinity University, and an MSSW from The University of Texas at Austin. She has extensive training and experience with presence-based coaching (leadership development), The Enneagram Institute (personality typology), The Strozzi Institute (somatics focused on leadership), as well as broad non-profit board leadership experience.
